I am so excited to announce the release of my e-book "Glow from within" coming out soon. The recipes in this book have helped me clear my skin, improve my energy, tone up and overall feel healthier. I am really looking forward to sharing all my favourite and healthy recipes that are , sugar, dairy and gluten free including macros, tips, mindset and nutrition information. Each recipe is simple to make and absolutley delicious! The E-book will cost 20 CHF. I wanted to make it affordable for everyone and i know i wouldn't spend  more than that on an e-book.
