Fun things to do at home
As most of us seem to be stuck at home at the moment, i thought i would share some ideas as to what to do at home.
1. Get organised. Plan your goals, your days/weeks/months and create to do lists. You can also use this time to clean your house, sort your clothes, files or stuff.
2. Exercise! Set up a fun at home workout routine/schedual. Working out at home can be really fun. Now days, you can find lots of fun and different videos on youtube such as dance, cardio, zumba, pilates, HIIT.
3. Educate yourself. Take this time to learn a new skill or educate yourself on a subject through podcasts, books, youtube videos, articles or online classes.
4. Practice self-care. Self-care in the form of eating healthy to boost your immune systeme. Relaxing by taking a warm hot baths and sleeping enough. Take time to journal to clear your mind and treat yourself to something you love.
5. Get creative! Take time to create something beautiful! Make a painting, or have fun scrapbooking, drawing, playing music or doing photography.
6. Keep social contact! It's very easy to feel lonely when you are home alone so social contact is crucial. Make time to call your family and friends. Through video or a simple call. It's always a good idea.
7. Keep the house cozy. Decorate your home in a way that make you feel good. avoid mess and clutter. Create spaces for specific tasks and activities. Create a peaceful and cozy environnment. You can use scents and light candles to make it a little extra special.
