How to stay positive!

Sometimes things just don't go the way we want them to and self-doubt creeps in.. we compare ourselves to others and sometimes just feel a little off. Here are some tips to start thinking positive again!


  1. A great tip that i have learnt, is to think positive first thing in the morning. Reading some positive quotes or listening to a happy song. It always makes me feel better.

  2. Another great thing to do is to keep a gratitude journal. The more you realize how much you actually have and how blessed you are, the happier you will be.

  3. Laugh! If you have had a bad day, one of the best things to do is just laugh. Watch a funny movie or read some jokes and your mood will get better.

  4. Spend time with positive people. We all have that one friend that is just always positive! Hang more with her!

  5. The last one is positive self-talk. I know we all have a hard time with that sometimes but it is so important to be kind with yourself. Sometimes we are harder on ourselves than we would be with anyone else and it can have very negative consequences. So be kind to yourself. Train your inner voice to be positive with yourself and those around you.
